Shelco has been setting up businesses in Australia and registering companies with ASIC since 1977.
Over this time we have built a reputation of approachable reliability and while we have offices in Brisbane and Sydney, we can provide a business incorporation service or instant Australian company search service in any city or town nationally.
Shelco specialises with buying Australian company searches online and assisting people in setting up a business. Shelco deals extensively with the Commonwealth Government Department responsible for administering
Australian Corporate activity, namely the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). ASIC products available to our clients include:
company searches (historical extracts and company extracts);
company director searches;
personal name searches (pulled from the National Name Index);
company charges;
company relationship documents; and
registered charges.
Shelco clients include solicitors, accountants and of course - the general public.
Shelco Staff The Shelco Directors are Richard Edmonds and Donna Maguire. We believe in doing things the old fashioned way, person to person.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and has a Commerce Law Degree from the University of Queensland. Donna has been managing Shelco since 1979 since the days of paper shelf company registration. Our Business Development Manager, Marianne McLellan is working with
clients to constantly deliver improved Australian company search products to you.
