| Q. How long will it take to get the search returned? |
A. Shelco has built an electronic interface with the ASIC database.
On average you should receive your search within minutes of ordering it. If you are returned with an email stating 'Search File Unavailable' this can indicate two things:
1. Your information request does not exist. This can occasionally happen with personal name searches or corporate relationship documents. It basically means that the there is no information held on record; or
2. The ASIC site is temporarily disabled.
In the first case, your money will be refunded. In the second, the search will be conducted as soon as the ASIC site is enabled or lodged manually.
Please do not hesitate to contact our Business Development Manager, Marianne McLellan if you receive this automated message on (07) 3236 2605 or marianne@shelco.com.au

| Q. Can I cancel an electronic request? |
| A. Electronic requests are unable to be cancelled as you are interacting in a live data environment of government databases. Once a request is submitted the request is sent directly to the database and returned directly to you.
As Shelco’s website is the mechanism for this process to occur, electronic requests can unfortunately not be cancelled. However, it is this process that ensures our site is convenient and reliable. |

| Q. When I entered the name of a director for a personal name search, it indicated there were six listings for the same person. Do I need to pay for each record? |
| A. No. You must only pay for the initial search and then ring or email one of the Shelco Account Manager’s and they will manually submit the additional requests with ASIC. These will be faxed or posted back to you within 24 hours. |

| Q. I have put in a request for an ASIC document image and received a short email back from ASIC but no search. What does this mean? |
| A. Sometimes, document images are sent to a 'queuing' line within ASIC. Initially, you can be sent a 'queue' number to indicate the request has been received by ASIC. The search will be distributed to your selected email address within a couple of hours. |

| Q. I requested a search however nothing has been returned? |
