In order to assess the underlying documents (doc images) behind the changes to the ASIC
registers it is necessary to use the "Document Image" search. Every document
received by ASIC is scanned to a computer file and issued with a unique
document number.
Uses Include:
determining who signed/lodged the document;
assessing particular terms in charges; and
viewing what was disclosed.
